The Mission
As a company, our goal is to empower people to be aware of what they are consuming. Food is our medicine and we aim to empower our community to think before they consume foods that do not align with those values. We teach our clients to live life to the fullest while still having proper nutrition and wellness by eating for health and longevity, all while still enjoying what we eat. As a company, we aim to educate our community about living an active, healthy lifestyle. What you put into your body is a massive part of this and an area we can assist in.

We specialize in cooking (anti-inflammatory) gluten-free, dairy-free, seed oil-free and kosher food with zero refined sugars. We value clean, high-quality/organic ingredients and
high-nutrient plant-based foods that are sustainable. Our kitchen is sanitized using
non-toxic products, to the highest standards. We use only stainless steel, ceramic, or cast-iron pots and pans: no plastic or synthetic utensils. Even the water in our kitchen undergoes the highest filtration using a reverse osmosis system and is reintroduced with minerals.

About Our Founder & CEO SPL
I began my health and wellness journey as a young child. At the age of 7, I began to experience severe joint pain. Over the years, I saw many physicians try to identify the inflammation’s source. However, my condition was misdiagnosed and untreated for over a decade. Throughout my numerous attempts to receive care, I was constantly dismissed and told that I had no real issues. Many of the doctors did not believe that I was actually in pain.
It took coming down with a severe illness first to receive proper attention. While running some medical tests after I got shingles at the age of 20, A clinician finally noticed something wasn’t right. I was diagnosed with an unidentifiable auto-immune condition that resembles psoriatic arthritis. The doctors were immediately concerned and tried prescribing me different medications, injections, and physical therapy treatments. However, after all the prescriptions, nothing was able to help my condition. Then, I decided to put personal effort into finding a solution by taking it upon myself to make lifestyle changes. It was time for a primary food and lifestyle intervention!
Although it was a challenge, transitioning to a healthy diet and lifestyle helped my symptoms and improved my condition.
While my doctors cautioned that giving up gluten and sugar would not impact me, the effects were so noticeable that none of them could deny a connection. As part of my new regimen, I began daily workouts while eliminating gluten, sugar, and dairy from my diet. In addition to alleviating my negative symptoms, I also felt more energized. I felt as if I was taking my life back from my disease. Making the changes I needed to achieve my goals wasn’t easy. I grew up in a Jewish home, and all my life, I loved the traditional foods that we often enjoyed. Brisket, kugel, challah, cakes, and cookies galore! Sometimes it can be a bit much, and I always thought about making our conventional foods more nutritious. As part of my journey to help my condition, I began experimenting in the kitchen and discovered a love for cooking. I combined my passion for cooking and healthy lifestyle and decided to create a space where the two can coexist and complement one another.
